When you register for the Virtual #ChooseUP information event we collect and use your information to:

• provide access to the event
• communicate with you about the event
• process your entry into the #ChooseUP lucky draws
• ask you to give us feedback about the event in a survey

If you are younger than 18 years, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission to register for this event and to enter into the lucky draws.

You may invite up to two family members to also attend the event. You must have their permission to complete their details on the registration form.

We will not use your information, or that of your family members’, for purposes not mentioned here.

We may share your information with service providers we trust. Our service providers help us to:

• manage the event
• audit the lucky draws
• communicate with you
